We’re looking for early-stage entrepreneurs who are:
Based in Mauritius and hold Mauritian citizenship
Aged 18 years or older
Existing businesses no older than 4 years
Committed to delivering impact in education, community and/or environment
Not members of Mauritian Parliament

Investec Dazzle’s Den returns with a distinguished panel of judges who bring together deep expertise across banking, strategy, compliance and entrepreneurship.
This year’s jury comprises: Lara Vaudin, our Chief Operating Officer; Ajam Jooman, our Head of Compliance; Kunaal Beenessreesingh, our Co-Head of Lending; and Astrid Arlove, Founder and Director of OBOE Ltd. Together, they will evaluate participants on the strength of their business models, clarity of vision and potential to create meaningful, sustainable progress.
